Solteq Plc: Change in the Board of Directors

Solteq Plc Stock Exchange Bulletin 2.10.2018 at 12.00 pm Solteq Plc’s board member Kirsi Harra-Vauhkonen has today notified her resignation from the board of directors. Resignation is effective immediately. Harra-Vauhkonen has given her consent to act as a member of board for another company which according to Solteq partly competes with Solteq’s business. Company appreciates Harra-Vauhkonen’s significant contribution to the development of the company. After the resignation, Solteq Plc’s board of directors consist of four members.
