CHANGE IN THE MANAGEMENT TEAM OF SOLTEQ PLC

Timo A. Rantanen (1960) M.Sc. (Econ), MBA, has been appointed as a new member of
the Management Team of Solteq Plc. starting December 1st, 2015. His
responsibilities include Sales and Accounts.

Timo A. Rantanen has previously worked for e.g. Nortal Ltd.’s and Digia Plc.’s
as Sales and Business Director having vast experience in sales and development
of ICT functions.

Timo A. Rantanen takes the role of Joni Henkola (VP, Sales) and Virpi Hyytiä
(VP, Accounts) who discontinue working for Solteq Plc. from 27.11.2015 on.

We want to thank Henkola and Hyytiä for good work in the company and their
contribution to the integration process. We wish both all the best in their
future careers.
