CHANGE IN THE MANAGEMENT GROUP OF SOLTEQ PLC

Solteq Plc Stock Exchange Bulletin 11.8.2014 at 4 pm.

Mikko Sairanen, 29 y.o., Master of Laws, has been appointed as a new member of
the Management Group of Solteq Plc starting September 1, 2014. His
responsibilities include the company's legal and contractual matters.

Previously Mikko Sairanen has worked for Peltonen LMR Attorneys Ltd. During
this time he has already carried out significant number of assignments and
long-term projects for Solteq Plc.
