Solteq Plc records impairment losses for goodwill

SOLTEQ PLC STOCK EXCHANGE BULLETIN ON JANUARY 20, 2011

As a result of impairment test the Board of Directors of Solteq Plc has decided
to record impairment losses of 2.087 thousand euros for goodwill.

The impairment losses are directed to business segments as follows:

DATA  816 thousand euros

EAM   541 thousand euros

ERP   730 thousand euros
