Disclosure of shareholding in Solstad Offshore ASA

Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement by Solstad Offshore ASA (”Solstad”) today (on 20 October 2020) regarding new shares to be issued in a private placement towards certain lenders and other stakeholders as part of the restructuring of the debt and equity of Solstad and its subsidiaries. Nordea Bank Abp has converted debt and interest into 5,395,264 shares in Solstad which equals 7.4% of the outstanding shares and votes in Solstad. Following settlement, which is expected to take place on 23 October 2020, Nordea will hold 5,396,537 shares in Solstad, representing 7.404% of the outstanding shares and votes in Solstad, such increase being subject to the disclosure obligation set out in the Norwegian Securities Trading Act, Section 4-3 subsection (1).
