Forsa AS, a company controlled by Åge Remøy, has as of

3 January 2017 sold 263 031 SOFF A shares at an

average price of NOK 11.77 per share. After the sale,

Forsa AS holds 5 284 208 SOFF A shares and 6 000 000

SOFF B shares, equivalent to approximately 12.7% of

the issued share capital and approximately 8.1% of the

voting rights in Solstad Offshore ASA. After the sale,

Åge Remøy and affiliated companies own in total 12 355

146 shares, including 5 284 208 SOFF A shares and 7

070 938 SOFF B shares, equivalent to approximately

13.9% of the issued share capital and approximately

8.3% of the voting rights in Solstad Offshore ASA.

This notification is made pursuant to Section 4-2 (1)

third sentence of the Norwegian Securities Trading Act.
