Disclosure of large shareholding and notification of trade and in Solstad Farstad ASA

Reference is made to notification made on 7th September 2017

concerning generational changes. The agreements have been executed

today.

As part of a process to liquidate Ivan II AS, the 2 202 890 shares

owned by Ivan II AS under liquidation have today been transferred to

Ivan AS. Ivan AS is controlled by Lars Peder Solstad.

After the transfer, Lars Peder Solstad controls 21 774 952 shares,

equivalent to 7,47% of the company. The shares are owned by Soff

Invest AS (18 860 075 shares), Ivan AS (2 206 890 shares) and

Vindbalen AS (707 987 shares) respectively.
