Notice of extraordinary general meeting

With reference to today's announcements regarding the signed

merger plans with Farstad Shipping ASA ("FAR") and Deep Sea

Supply Plc ("DESSC"), Solstad Offshore ASA has today

summoned its shareholders to an extraordinary general

meetings to be held on Tuesday 25 April 2017 at 10:00 CET to

resolve the proposed mergers with Farstad and DESSC. The

notice is attached to this announcement and will be

distributed to all shareholders of record as of today with

known addresses.
