Update regarding date for completion of merger between Rem Offshore ASA and subsidiary of Solstad Offshore ASA

We refer to stock exchange notice today from Rem

Offshore ASA, informing that Nordic Trustee ASA has

sent out summons for bondholder meetings in REM04PRO

and REM05 scheduled to 9 December 2016.

If the bondholders meetings are held as scheduled on 9

December 2016, the earliest date for completion of the

merger between Rem Offshore ASA and Solstad Offshore

ASA will be 12 December 2016.
