Delayed delivery of consideration shares in the Merger

Delayed delivery of consideration shares in the Merger

Due to technical challenges in the VPS, the merger

consideration shares have not been delivered as

scheduled. As a consequence of the delay, the shares

in Solstad Offshore Ser. B will only be admitted to

trading on Oslo Børs upon delivery of the shares in

the VPS. Further information will be provided

regarding timing of expected delivery and commencement

of trading during the course of today.
