- EBITDA so far this year was MNOK 859 (MNOK

- New equity in place and long-term debt

refinanced

- Merger with Rem Offshore ASA approved

There will be held a presentation of the 3rd quarter

results 2016, on Wednesday November 9, 2016 at 08:00.
