FINANCIAL REPORT FOR THE 4th QUARTER 2015

- Operating revenue for 2015 was NOK 3,656 million

(NOK 3,836 million)

- Operating revenue for the 4th quarter was NOK 705

million (NOK 988 million)

- Cash flow from operations (EBITDA 1) for 2015 was

NOK 1,555 million (NOK 1,717 million)

- EBITDA for the 4th quarter was NOK 246 million (NOK

397 million)

- Booked impairment of vessels of NOK 1,346 million in

2015

There will be held a presentation of the 4th quarter

results 2015, on Wednesday February 24th, 2016 at

09:00. The presentation will take place at

Rederiforbundet, Rådhusgt. 25, 7th floor, Oslo.
