Solstad Offshore ASA - Earnings Release 2015

FINAL ACCOUNTS 2015

At its meeting on April 18th, 2016, the Board of

Directors of Solstad Offshore ASA (SOFF) approved the

final annual report and accounts for 2016.

The ordinary result for the Group for 2015 was a loss

of NOK 1,604 million, which is approximately NOK 18

million lower compared to the preliminary result

announced February 23rd, 2016. The difference is due

to a reclassification between other financial income

included in Ordinary result and translation

adjustments included in Other comprehensive income.

Other comprehensive income remain unchanged, and the

change had no effect on liquidity or equity.

The annual general meeting is scheduled to Monday 9th

May, 2016. Summoning, annual report and agenda will be

published through Oslo Børs and on www.solstad.no

April 18, 2016. The summoning will also be sent by

post.

It is proposed that no dividend is paid for the

accounting year 2015.
