REPORT 4TH QUARTER 2014 AND PRELIMINARY ACCOUNTS 2014

- Operating revenue for 2014 was NOK 3,834 million

(NOK 3,601 million)

- Operating revenue for the 4th quarter was NOK 988

million (NOK 896 million)

- Cash flow from operations (EBITDA) for 2014 was

NOK 1,717 million (NOK 1,575 million)

- EBITDA for the 4th quarter was NOK 397 million

(NOK 356 million)

- Dividend for 2014 is proposed to NOK 3,50 per

share (NOK 5,00)

There will be held a presentation of the 4th quarter

results 2014, on Wednesday 25th February, 2015 at

09:00. The presentation will take place at

Rederiforbundet, Rådhusgt. 25, 7th floor, Oslo.
