Boa Offshore AS reports consolidated operating

revenues of NOK 477m in 4Q 2014 (NOK 375m in the

same quarter 2013). Operating profit before

depreciation (EBITDA) was NOK 112m (NOK 114m).

Net financial items was -NOK 115m (-NOK 68m) and Net

profit was - NOK 60m (NOK 35m).
