Quarterly Report Consolidated Boa Offshore AS - 2Q 2015

Boa Offshore AS reports consolidated operating

revenues of NOK 429m in 2Q 2015 (NOK 418m in the

same quarter 2014). Operating profit before

depreciation (EBITDA) was NOK 100m (NOK 100m). Net

financial items was -NOK 62m (-NOK 51m) and Net

profit was -NOK 3m (NOK 5m).
