FINANCIAL REPORT FOR THE 3rd QUARTER 2015

- Operating income for the third quarter was NOK 981

million (NOK 1.127 million)

- EBITDA for the same period was NOK 419 million (NOK

583 million)

- Operating income for the three first quarters of

2015 was NOK 2.951 million (NOK 2.862 million)

- EBITDA for the three first quarters of 2015 was NOK

1.309 million (NOK 1.320 million)

- Significant cost saving measures initiated

There will be held a presentation of the 3rd quarter

results 2015, on Tuesday 10. November 2015 at 09:00.

The presentation will take place at Rederiforbundet,

Rådhusgt. 25, 7th floor, Oslo.
