Quarterly Report Consolidated Boa Offshore AS - 3Q 2015

Boa Offshore AS reports consolidated operating

revenues of NOK 534m in 3Q 2015 (NOK 515m in the

same quarter 2014). Operating profit before

depreciation (EBITDA) was NOK 105m (NOK 147m). Net

financial items was -NOK 50m (-NOK 48m) and Net

profit was -NOK 18m (NOK 48m).
