FINANCIAL REPORT FOR THE 1st QUARTER 2014

- Operating revenue for the first quarter was NOK 870

million (NOK 798 million)

- Cash flow from operations (EBITDA) was NOK 352

million (NOK 299 million)

- A resolution was passed at the ordinary General

Meeting to pay a dividend of NOK 5 per share for 2013.

- So far in 2014 new contracts were signed for

approx. NOK 4,7 billion.

There will be held a presentation of the 1st quarter

results 2014, on Tuesday 20. May, 2014 at 11:30. The

presentation will take place at Rederiforbundet,

Rådhusgt. 25, 7th floor, Oslo.
