FINANCIAL REPORT FOR THE 2nd QUARTER 2014

- Operating income for the second quarter was NOK 854

mil (NOK 872 million)

- Cash flow from operations (EBITDA) for the same

period was NOK 385 mil (NOK 409 million)

- Operating income for the first half of 2014 was NOK

1.680 million (NOK 1.670 million)

- EBITDA for the first half of 2014 was NOK 737

million (NOK 708 million)

- A repurchase program of own shares has been passed

There will be held a presentation of the 2nd quarter

results 2014, on Tuesday 19. August, 2014 at 08:00.

The presentation will take place at Rederiforbundet,

Rådhusgt. 25, 7th floor, Oslo.
