FINANCIAL REPORT FOR THE 3rd QUARTER 2014

- Operating income for the third quarter was NOK

1.127 million (NOK 992 million)

- Cash flow from operations (EBITDA) for the same

period was NOK 583 million (NOK 510 million)

- Operating income for the three first quarters of

2014 was NOK 2.862 million (NOK 2.741 million)

- EBITDA for the three first quarters of 2014 was NOK

1.320 million (NOK 1.218 million)

- The Group's result before tax by third quarter 2014

was a profit of NOK 566 million (NOK 458 million)

There will be held a presentation of the 3rd quarter

results 2014, on Tuesday 11. November, 2014 at 09:00.

The presentation will take place at Rederiforbundet,

Rådhusgt. 25, 7th floor, Oslo.
