Boa Offshore AS – Information to Bondholders regarding Rest Claim payment

Reference is made to the restructuring of the Issuer completed on 17 July 2017. At the Rest Claim Payment Date 14 January 2020 Boa Offshore AS will distribute a total of NOKm 1,3 in accordance with the bond agreements towards the first ranking component of the rest claim. By this the first ranking component of the rest claim is repaid in full.
