Summons to bondholders' meeting

The deferral and suspension of payments and interest under SOFF's bond issue

with ISIN NO 0010713548 expires on December 20th, 2019. SOFF has today summoned

a bondholders' meeting to request an extension of the deferral and suspension

until March 31st, 2020 to match the suspension with the suspension already

agreed with the parties to SOFF's existing financing arrangements, as announced

in the stock exchange notice dated October 31st, 2019. The bondholder meeting

will be held on December 18th at 13.00 hours (Oslo time) at the premises of

Nordic Trustee AS, Kronprinsesse Märthas plass 1, 0160 Oslo, 7th floor.
