49.6m of Boa Offshore AS 15/18 FRN C SUB - ISIN

NO0010741895 at a purchase price of 100% of par value.

Total holding after the transaction is NOK 70.4m.

Boa Offshore AS plans to offer all the remaining

bondholders to tender their bonds at 101% of par value

within a few weeks.
