Appointment of CFO

Anders Hall Jomaas has been appointed the position as Chief

Financial Officer (CFO) of Solstad Farstad ASA (SOFF). He

comes from the position as CFO in Deep Sea Supply Plc, a

position he has held since 2010.

Anders holds a MsC within Industrial Economics and

Technology Management from Norwegian University of Science

and Technology (NTNU).
