Correction: Notice of Annual General Meeting

Reference is made to the stock exchange notice by Solstad Offshore ASA on May 4th, 2021 regarding notice to the annual general meeting to be held on May 25th, 2021.

In the Proxy with voting instructions attached to the notice, item 8 should have been a voting issue, while item 9 should have been a non-voting issue.

Please find attached an updated Proxy where this has been corrected. Votes must be given to DNB no later than 16:00 on May 21st, 2021.
