ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

The annual general meeting of Solstad Offshore ASA will be

held at the company offices, "Neset Fort", Nesavegen 39,

Skudeneshavn on Wednesday 10th May, 2017 at 16:00 hours.

Please find attached notice of attendance form, proxy

authorization form and invitation to attend the annual

general meeting.

A printed version of the enclosed invitation is sent the

shareholders by post. The annual report for 2016 are filed

in "Newsweb" as well as published on the company website at

www.solstad.no

The company is planning to publish the 1st quarter 2017

report after the close of the general meeting.
