Solstad Maritime ASA - Contract Awards in Brazil

With reference to the stock exchange notice from Solstad Offshore ASA (SOFF)
dated April 30, 2025, announcing contract awards with Petrobras for two Anchor
Handling Tug Supply vessels (AHTS) owned by Solstad Maritime (SOMA), subject to
Board approval:
SOMA is pleased to confirm that the subjects are now lifted and the AHTS vessels
"Normand Sigma" and "Normand Sirius" have been allocated to the contracts.
The contracts, which will commence in Q1 2026, each have a duration of four
years and a combined gross value of approximately USD 210 million.
The vessels will be on bareboat contracts from SOMA to SOFF, which is the
contract holder with Petrobras.
