Solstad Maritime ASA ("SOMA") is pleased to announce the award of a substantial*

contract for the "Normand Mermaid" with SAExploration.

The contract, which will commence in July 2025, has a duration of 150 days firm

with potential for further growth. The contract delivery includes 2 x Work Class

ROVs, tooling and survey services from Omega Subsea.

*SOMA defines a Substantial contract as being between: USD 10 million and USD 30

million
