Solocal announces the sale of QDQ Media to AS Equity Partners
Solocal announces today the sale of its subsidiary, QDQ Media, a digital marketing agency operating in Spain, to AS Equity Partners.
This divestiture is fully in line with Solocal 2020 strategic plan, enabling Solocal to focus on its strategic activities and new range of digital services offered to SMEs and large accounts in France.
In 2019, QDQ Media recorded a €22,9 million revenue and accounts for c.300 employees. Recurring EBITDA margin of this company was significantly lower compared to the whole Solocal Group.
The transaction proceeds will not have any significant impact on Solocal cash position and indebtedness. 2020 financial objectives previously announced by Solocal remain unchanged1 .
AS Equity Partners will further support QDQ Media in its transformation and development.
