Philippe Mellier, Chairman of the Board of directors, and Hervé Milcent, CEO, increase their participation in Solocal capital
On 16th and 17 th May 2022, Philippe Mellier, Chairman of the Board of directors of Solocal, acquired 100,000 shares in capital, bringing his stake to 140,000 shares, which represents 0.11% of the Company's capital.
Moreover, on 23rd May 2022, Hervé Milcent, Chief Executive Officer of Solocal, acquired 110,000 shares in capital, bringing his stake to 140,000 shares, which represents 0.11% of the Company's capital.
These acquisitions, made on the market, illustrate the conviction of Solocal's managers in the success of the strategic plan which aims for a return to growth from 2023.
