Chair of Solocal's Board of directors
After 4 years as Chairman of the Board of directors of Solocal and 6 months as Chairman and CEO, between October 4th 2020 and April 6th 2021, Pierre Danon has informed the board of Solocal of his intention to resign as board member and Chairman. This resignation will be effective June 30th 2021. A selection process for a new chairman is underway and the board anticipates it will be concluded in that timeframe.
« After 18 very intense months, with a pandemic crisis, financial restructuring and interim as CEO, it is time for me to move on to other projects. I have the utmost confidence in Solocal's new CEO, Hervé Milcent, and I wish to give him a free hand. Solocal teams are committed to the company's success and I am proud to have led them. Solocal has evolved a lot in the last 4 years and has indeed become a fully digital company. I am convinced that Hervé, with the support of the board, will succeed in implementing the actions still necessary to create long term value » says Pierre Danon.
