Anne-France Laclide joining Solocal Group Board of Directors
Solocal Group announces the resignation of Ms Lucile Ribot from her Director position, and her replacement by Ms Anne-France Laclide as an Independent Director.
Anne-France Laclide is currently Chief Financial Officer and member of the Executive Committee of Consolis, and member of the Board of Directors and Chairman of the Audit Committee of CGG group.
