SOLID WORLD GROUP: INFORMATIVA SU ACQUISTO AZIONI PROPRIE

Treviso, 22 dicembre 2023 – Solid World Group S.p.A. (ticker S3D) (la "Società"), azienda a capo del Gruppo leader nel settore delle tecnologie digitali, della stampa 3D industriale, dei sistemi di costruzione di pannelli fotovoltaici, e produttore di Electrospider, biostampante in grado di replicare tessuti cellulari umani, comunica che nell'ambito del programma di acquisto di azioni proprie, approvato dall'Assemblea Ordinaria degli Azionisti il 27 aprile 2023 (per un periodo di 18 mesi dalla data di approvazione da parte dell'Assemblea) e avviato dal Consiglio di Amministrazione del 10 maggio 2023, ha acquistato, nel periodo tra il 18 e il 21 dicembre 2023, estremi inclusi, complessivamente n. 1.650 azioni ordinarie ad un prezzo medio unitario ponderato di circa Euro 3,415 per azione, per un controvalore complessivo pari a Euro 5.634,75.

Gli acquisti di azioni proprie sono avvenuti per il tramite di Integrae SIM S.p.A., in qualità di intermediario incaricato di svolgere l'operatività, nel rispetto delle applicabili disposizioni di legge e di regolamento e secondo le modalità, termini e condizioni contenute nell'autorizzazione all'acquisto e disposizione di azioni proprie, conferite dall'Assemblea Ordinaria della Società.

SOLID WORLD GROUP: DISCLOSURE ON TREASURY SHARE PURCHASES

Treviso, December 22, 2023 – Solid World Group S.p.A. (ticker S3D) (the "Company"), the parent of a leading digital technologies, 3D printing and additive manufacturing Group, announces that, as part of the treasury share buyback program, approved by the Shareholders' Meeting on April 27, 2023 (for a period of 18 months from the date of approval by the Shareholders' Meeting), and initiated by the Board of Directors on May 10, 2023, it has purchased, in the period between December 18, 2023 and December 21, 2023 (both inclusive), a total of 1,650 ordinary shares at a weighted average unit price of approximately Euro 3.415 per share, with a total equivalent value of Euro 5,634.75.

Purchases of treasury shares were made through Integrae SIM S.p.A., as the intermediary appointed to carry out the transaction, in compliance with the applicable legal and regulatory provisions and in accordance with the means, terms and conditions presented in the authorization to purchase and dispose of treasury shares granted by the Company's Shareholders' Meeting.
