SOLIDWORLD GROUP: NOTIFICATA A CONSOB LA PUBBLICAZIONE KID SUI DIRITTI DI OPZIONE INOPTATI

Treviso, 18 aprile 2025 – SolidWorld Group S.p.A., società quotata sul mercato Euronext Growth Milan (ticker S3D) e capofila di un gruppo leader nei settori delle tecnologie industriali di design e stampa 3D, della bio-fabbricazione 3D e delle linee di produzione di macchinari per la fabbricazione di pannelli fotovoltaici di ultima generazione, comunica che in data odierna ha notificato agli uffici competenti di Consob il KID sui diritti di opzione inoptati, codice ISIN IT0005638355, come previsto dalla vigente normativa.

Il KID (Key Information Document) è un documento informativo sintetico e standardizzato predisposto con l'obiettivo di raffigurare le caratteristiche del prodotto in modalità facilmente fruibile e comprensibile per l'investitore – in base al Regolamento Europeo in materia di PRIIPs relativo ai prodotti d'investimento al dettaglio e assicurativi preassemblati, con cui si vuole garantire la comparabilità tra i diversi prodotti e aumentare il grado di trasparenza delle informazioni riguardanti tali strumenti.

Completata nel 2023 l'operazione di conferimento di un ramo d'azienda tecnologico da parte della società Formula E S.r.l., società del gruppo Vismunda S.r.l., leader mondiale di automazione per equipment dedicato al settore delle energie rinnovabili che ha permesso a SolidWorld Group di entrare nel mercato del solare. SOLIDWORLD GROUP: CONSOB NOTIFIED OF KID'S PUBLICATION OF UNEXERCISED OPTION RIGHTS

Treviso, 18 April 2025 – SolidWorld Group S.p.A., a company listed on the Euronext Growth Milan market (ticker S3D) and head of the Group leader in the sectors of industrial 3D design and printing technologies, 3D bio-manufacturing and latest generation machinery lines for photovoltaic panel production, announces that today it has notified the competent offices of Consob of the KID on unexercised option rights, ISIN code IT0005638355, as required by current legislation.

The KID (Key Information Document) is a concise and standardized information document prepared with the aim of depicting the characteristics of the product in a way that is easily usable and understandable for the investor – based on the European Regulation on PRIIPs relating to packaged retail and insurance investment products, with which the aim is to ensure comparability between the different products and increase the degree of transparency of information regarding these tools.
