SOLIDWORLD GROUP: COMUNICAZIONE DI VARIAZIONE DEL CAPITALE SOCIALE

Treviso, 19 dicembre 2025 – SolidWorld Group S.p.A., società quotata sul mercato Euronext Growth Milan (ticker: S3D) e gruppo tecnologico italiano leader nell'integrazione di soluzioni digitali 3D avanzate con AI per i settori industriale, biomedicale e difesa, facendo seguito al comunicato stampa del 17 dicembre scorso, comunica la nuova composizione del capitale sociale risultante a seguito dell'emissione di n. 10.051 nuove azioni premiali Solid World. Di seguito si riporta la nuova composizione del capitale sociale (interamente sottoscritto e versato) a seguito dell'attestazione di avvenuta variazione depositata presso il competente Registro delle Imprese di Treviso:

SOLIDWORLD GROUP: NOTICE OF CHANGE IN SHARE CAPITAL

Treviso, December 19, 2025 – SolidWorld Group S.p.A., listed on Euronext Growth Milan (ticker: S3D), is an Italian technology group, leader in the integration of advanced 3D digital solutions and artificial intelligence, for the industrial, biomedical and defense sectors, following the press release of December 17, 2025, announces the new composition of the share capital resulting from the issue of 10,051 new Solid World bonus shares.

The new composition of the share capital (fully subscribed and paid up) following the certification of the change filed with the competent Companies Register of Treviso is shown below:
