SOLID WORLD GROUP: COMUNICAZIONE DI VARIAZIONE DEL CAPITALE SOCIALE

Treviso, 10 agosto 2023 – Solid World Group S.p.A. (ticker S3D) (la "Società"), azienda a capo del Gruppo leader nel settore delle tecnologie digitali, della stampa 3D oltre che dell'additive manufacturing, comunica la nuova composizione del capitale sociale risultante a seguito dell'assegnazione di n. 2.109.467 azioni ordinarie di nuova emissione, conseguente all'esercizio di n. 4.218.934 Warrant nel corso del Primo Periodo di Esercizio dei "Warrant Solid World 2022-2025" codice ISIN IT0005498420 (i "Warrant"), ricompreso tra il 17 luglio 2023 e il 31 luglio 2023 inclusi, nel rapporto di 1 azione ordinaria ogni 2 warrant esercitati (si rimanda al comunicato stampa del 31 luglio 2023).

Si riporta di seguito la nuova composizione del capitale sociale (interamente sottoscritto e versato) a seguito dell'attestazione di avvenuta variazione depositata presso il competente Registro delle Imprese di Treviso:

SOLID WORLD GROUP: NOTIFICATION OF CHANGES TO THE SHARE CAPITAL

Treviso, August 10, 2023 – Solid World Group S.p.A. (ticker S3D) (the "Company"), parent of a leading digital technologies, 3D printing and additive manufacturing Group, announces that the new composition of the share capital, following the assignment of 2,109,467 newly issued ordinary shares, resulting from the exercise of 4,218,934 Warrants during the First Exercise Period of the "Warrant Solid World 2022-2025" with ISIN code IT0005498420 (the "Warrants"), included between July 17, 2023, and July 31, 2023, inclusive, at a ratio of 1 ordinary share for every 2 warrants exercised (reference is made to the press release of July 31, 2023).

Below is the new composition of the share capital (fully subscribed and paid) following the certification of the change deposited with the competent Treviso Chamber of Commerce:
