SOLIDWORLD GROUP PARTECIPA ALL'EVENTO «FINANCIAL GALÀ», ORGANIZZATO DA INTEGRAE SIM IL 21 MAGGIO 2024

Treviso, 9 maggio 2024 – SolidWorld Group S.p.A. (di seguito "Nome Emittente" o la "Società"), ticker S3D, azienda quotata su Euronext Growth Milan, a capo del Gruppo leader nello sviluppo e integrazione delle più moderne e complete tecnologie digitali 3D, comunica la propria partecipazione al «Financial Galà», evento organizzato da Integrae SIM, leader in Italia nella finanza straordinaria per le PMI, in programma il 21 maggio 2024 a Milano in Via Massimo D'Azeglio 3, presso la Milano Luiss Hub.

L'evento ha l'obiettivo di favorire l'incontro e la conoscenza del mondo finanziario con quello delle piccole e medie imprese, creando connessioni, collaborazioni e condivisione di progetti e strategie, con tutto l'ecosistema degli investitori.

La Società incontrerà la comunità finanziaria nel corso della presentazione plenaria e nell'ambito di group meeting.

Completata nel 2023 l'operazione di conferimento di un ramo d'azienda tecnologico da parte della società Formula E S.r.l., società del gruppo Vismunda S.r.l., leader mondiale di automazione per equipment dedicato al settore delle energie rinnovabili. Nel primo semestre 2023 il Gruppo SolidWorld ha registrato ricavi per 33,1 milioni di euro, un valore della produzione per circa 35,2 milioni di euro con un EBITDA pari a 2,8 milioni di euro. SOLIDWORLD GROUP PARTICIPATES IN THE "FINANCIAL GALA" EVENT ORGANIZED BY INTEGRAE SIM ON MAY 21, 2024

Treviso, May 9, 2024 - SolidWorld Group S.p.A. (hereafter the "Issuer" or the "Company"), ticker S3D, a company listed on the Euronext Growth Milan market and parent of the Group that develops and integrates cutting-edge, comprehensive 3D digital technologies, announces its participation in the "Financial Gala", an event organized by Integrae SIM, Italy's leading provider of corporate finance for SMEs, scheduled for May 21, 2024 in Milan at Via Massimo D'Azeglio 3, at the Milan Luiss Hub.

The event aims to foster the coming together and knowledge of the financial world with that of small and medium-sized enterprises, creating connections, collaborations and the sharing of projects and strategies, with the entire ecosystem of investors.

The Company will meet with the financial community during the plenary presentation and in group meetings.

The meetings will be attended by:
