Nel 2023 è stata perfezionata l'acquisizione di Valore BF 3d S.r.l. grazie alla quale SolidWorld ha acquisito un nuovo pacchetto clienti. Completata nel 2023 l'operazione di conferimento di un ramo d'azienda tecnologico da parte della società Formula E S.r.l., società del gruppo Vismunda S.r.l., leader mondiale di automazione per equipment dedicato al settore delle energie rinnovabili. Nel 2022 il Gruppo SolidWorld ha registrato ricavi per 57,7 milioni di euro, un valore della produzione per circa 60,8 milioni di euro con un EBITDA pari a 4,1 milioni di Euro. Dal 6 luglio 2022 la società è quotata sul segmento Euronext Growth Milan di Borsa Italiana (con ticker S3D).
