SOLID WORLD GROUP: NOTIFICATO A CONSOB L'AGGIORNAMENTO DEL KID SUI "WARRANT SOLID WORLD GROUP 2022-2025"

Treviso, 7 ottobre 2024 – SolidWorld Group S.p.A., società quotata sul mercato Euronext Growth Milan (ticker S3D) e a capo del Gruppo leader nei settori delle tecnologie industriali di design e stampa 3D, della bio-fabbricazione 3D e delle linee di produzione di macchinari per la fabbricazione di pannelli fotovoltaici di ultima generazione, annuncia che, a seguito del periodo addizionale di esercizio (tra l'11 giugno 2024 e il 14 giugno 2024) e del successivo Secondo periodo di esercizio (tra il 17 luglio 2024 e il 31 luglio 2024), in data odierna ha notificato agli uffici competenti di Consob l'aggiornamento del KID sui "Warrant Solid World Group 2022-2025", codice ISIN IT0005498420, come previsto dalla vigente normativa.

Il KID (Key Information Document) è un documento informativo sintetico e standardizzato predisposto con l'obiettivo di raffigurare le caratteristiche del prodotto in modalità facilmente fruibile e comprensibile per l'investitore – in base al Regolamento Europeo in materia di PRIIPs relativo ai prodotti d'investimento al dettaglio e assicurativi pre-assemblati, con cui si vuole garantire la comparabilità tra i diversi prodotti e aumentare il grado di trasparenza delle informazioni riguardanti tali strumenti.

SOLID WORLD GROUP NOTIFIED CONSOB OF THE UPDATE OF THE KID ON THE "2022-2025 SOLID WORLD WARRANTS" PROGRAM

Treviso, October 7, 2024 – SolidWorld Group S.p.A., a company listed on the Euronext Growth Milan market (ticker S3D) and head of the Group leader in the sectors of industrial 3D design and printing technologies, 3D bio-manufacturing and latest generation machinery lines for photovoltaic panel production, announces that, following the additional exercise period (between 11 June 2024 and 14 June 2024) and the subsequent related Second exercise period (between 17 July 2024 and 31 July 2024), today it has notified the competent offices of Consob about the update of the KID on the "Warrant Solid World Group 2022-2025" program, ISIN code IT0005498420, as provided by current regulations.

The KID (Key Information Document) is a brief and standardized informative document prepared with the aim of depicting the characteristics of the product so that it is easily understandable and usable for investors. It is based on the European Regulation on Packaged Retail Investment and Insurancebased Investments Products (PRIIPs) related to pre-assembled retail and insurance investment products, thanks to which it aims to ensure comparability between different products whilst increasing the degree of information transparency regarding these products.
