Treviso, 9 aprile 2024 - Il Gruppo SolidWorld, è lieto di annunciare il lancio del suo nuovo sito web, www.solidworldgroup.it, che rappresenta un significativo passo avanti nella strategia di comunicazione e impegno verso la trasparenza. Con un design rinnovato e migliorato, con l'introduzione dei 3 pillar, Industrial, Biomedical e Solar, il nuovo sito offre accesso semplificato e intuitivo alle aree di Investor Relations e Governance, riaffermando l'impegno del Gruppo verso gli stakeholders e il mercato finanziario.

Una Piattaforma Innovativa per Investor Relations: la nuova sezione Investor Relations del sito è stata ristrutturata per garantire che investitori attuali e potenziali, gli analisti e tutti gli stakeholders interessati abbiano accesso immediato a informazioni finanziarie complete, aggiornamenti sugli eventi aziendali, report semestrali e annuali, e dati di mercato essenziali. Nel 2023 è stata perfezionata l'acquisizione di Valore BF 3d S.r.l. grazie alla quale SolidWorld ha acquisito un nuovo pacchetto clienti. Completata nel 2023 l'operazione di conferimento di un ramo d'azienda tecnologico da parte della società Formula E S.r.l., società del gruppo Vismunda S.r.l., leader mondiale di automazione per equipment dedicato al settore delle energie rinnovabili. Nel primo semestre 2023 il Gruppo SolidWorld ha registrato ricavi per 33,1 milioni di euro, un valore della produzione per circa 35,2 milioni di euro con un EBITDA pari a 2,8 milioni di Euro. Through revamped and improved design and by introducing the three business pillars of Industrial, Biomedical and Solar, the new site provides simplified and intuitive access to the Investor Relations and Governance areas, reaffirming the Group's commitment to stakeholders and the financial market.
