SOLIDWORLD GROUP: NOTIFICATA A CONSOB LA PUBBLICAZIONE KID SUI DIRITTI DI OPZIONE

Treviso, 21 giugno 2024 – SolidWorld Group S.p.A. (ticker S3D), azienda a capo del Gruppo leader nel settore delle tecnologie industriali di design e stampa 3D, della bio-fabbricazione 3D e delle linee di produzione di pannelli fotovoltaici di ultima generazione, comunica che in data odierna ha notificato agli uffici competenti di Consob il KID sui diritti di opzione, codice ISIN IT0005600041, come previsto dalla vigente normativa.

Il KID (Key Information Document) è un documento informativo sintetico e standardizzato predisposto con l'obiettivo di raffigurare le caratteristiche del prodotto in modalità facilmente fruibile e comprensibile per l'investitore – in base al Regolamento Europeo in materia di PRIIPs relativo ai prodotti d'investimento al dettaglio e assicurativi preassemblati, con cui si vuole garantire la comparabilità tra i diversi prodotti e aumentare il grado di trasparenza delle informazioni riguardanti tali strumenti.

Il KID relativo ai diritti di opzione, e agli eventuali diritti non esercitati, è stato altresì pubblicato sul sito internet della Società www.solidworldgroup.it, sezione "Governance/Aumento di Capitale 2024".

Completata nel 2023 l'operazione di conferimento di un ramo d'azienda tecnologico da parte della società Formula E S.r.l., società del gruppo Vismunda S.r.l., leader mondiale di automazione per equipment dedicato al settore delle energie rinnovabili che ha permesso a SolidWorld Group di entrare nel mercato del solare. SOLIDWORLD GROUP: KID PUBLICATION ON OPTION RIGHTS NOTIFIED TO CONSOB

Treviso, June 21, 2024 - SolidWorld Group S.p.A. (ticker S3D) (the "Company"), parent of a leading Group engaged in industrial design and 3D printing technologies, 3D biofabrication, and latest generation photovoltaic panel production lines, announces that today it has notified the competent Consob offices of the KID on option rights, ISIN code IT0005600041, as required by current legislation.

The KID (Key Information Document) is a brief and standardized informative document prepared with the aim of depicting the characteristics of the product so that it is easily understandable and usable for investors. It is based on the European Regulation on Packaged Retail Investment and Insurance-based Investments Products (PRIIPs) related to preassembled retail and insurance investment products, thanks to which it aims to ensure comparability between different products whilst increasing the degree of information transparency regarding these products.

The KID relating to option rights, and any unexercised rights, has also been published on the Company's website www.solidworldgroup.it, "Governance/Delegated capital increase 2024" section.
