SOLID WORLD GROUP: NOTIFICATO A CONSOB L'AGGIORNAMENTO DEL KID SUI "WARRANT SOLID WORLD 2022-2025"

Treviso, 30 ottobre 2023 – Solid World Group S.p.A. (ticker S3D) (la "Società"), azienda a capo del Gruppo leader nel settore delle tecnologie digitali, della stampa 3D oltre che dell'additive manufacturing, comunica che, a seguito del relativo primo periodo di esercizio (dal 17 Luglio 2023 al 31 Luglio 2023) e del successivo periodo addizionale (dal 4 Settembre 2023 all'8 Settembre 2023), in data odierna ha notificato agli uffici competenti di Consob l'aggiornamento del KID sui "WARRANT SOLID WORLD 2022-2025", codice ISIN IT0005498420, come previsto dalla vigente normativa.

Il KID (Key Information Document) è un documento informativo sintetico e standardizzato predisposto con l'obiettivo di raffigurare le caratteristiche del prodotto in modalità facilmente fruibile e comprensibile per l'investitore – in base al Regolamento Europeo in materia di PRIIPs relativo ai prodotti d'investimento al dettaglio e assicurativi pre-assemblati, con cui si vuole garantire la comparabilità tra i diversi prodotti e aumentare il grado di trasparenza delle informazioni riguardanti tali strumenti.

SOLID WORLD GROUP NOTIFIED CONSOB OF THE UPDATE OF THE KID ON THE "2022-2025 SOLID WORLD WARRANTS" PROGRAM

Treviso, October 30, 2023 – Solid World Group S.p.A. (ticker S3D) (the "Company"), parent of a leading digital technologies, 3D printing and additive manufacturing Group, announces that, following the initial exercise period (from July 17, 2023, to July 31, 2023) and the subsequent additional period (from September 4, 2023, to September 8, 2023), today it has notified the competent offices of Consob about the update of the KID on the "WARRANT SOLID WORLD 2022-2025" program, ISIN code IT0005498420, as provided by current regulations.

The KID (Key Information Document) is a brief and standardized informative document prepared with the aim of depicting the characteristics of the product so that it is easily understandable and usable for investors. It is based on the European Regulation on Packaged Retail Investment and Insurance-based Investments Products (PRIIPs) related to pre-assembled retail and insurance investment products, thanks to which it aims to ensure comparability between different products whilst increasing the degree of information transparency regarding these products.
