Deposito e pubblicazione delle liste per la nomina del Consiglio di Amministrazione e del Collegio Sindacale per gli esercizi 2025, 2026 e 2027.

Treviso, 19 giugno 2025 – SolidWorld Group S.p.A., un gruppo tecnologico italiano leader nell'integrazione di soluzioni digitali 3D avanzate e intelligenza artificiale al servizio dei settori industriali strategici di nuova generazione, quotato su Euronext Growth Milan (ticker: S3D), rende noto che, entro i rispettivi termini di legge indicati nell'avviso di convocazione della predetta Assemblea ordinaria degli Azionisti convocata per il giorno 26 giugno 2025, in prima convocazione, e, ove occorrendo, per il 27 giugno 2025, in seconda convocazione, sono state depositate (i) n. 1 lista di candidati per la nomina del Consiglio di Amministrazione di cui al punto n. 3 dell'Ordine del Giorno, e (ii) n. 1 lista di candidati per la nomina del Collegio Sindacale di cui al punto n.4 dell'Ordine del Giorno, entrambe presentate congiuntamente dai soci Prime S.r.l. e Al.ca S.r.l., titolari di una partecipazione totale pari al 26,85% del capitale sociale.

Le predette liste – corredate della documentazione richiesta dalle disposizioni di legge, comprensiva, tra l'altro, anche dei curriculum vitae dei candidati – nonché le predette proposte di delibera ivi incluse, sono state rese disponibili al pubblico in data odierna, nei termini di legge, presso la sede legale in Via Enrico Reginato, 87 – 31100 Treviso, sul sito internet della Società www.solidworldgroup.it, nella sezione Governance/Assemblee nonché su quello di Borsa Italiana S.p.A. Filing and publication of the lists for the appointment of the Board of Directors and the Board of Statutory Auditors for the financial years 2025, 2026 and 2027.

Treviso, June 19, 2025 – SolidWorld Group S.p.A., an Italian technology group leader in the integration of advanced 3D digital solutions and artificial intelligence serving next-generation strategic industrial sectors, listed on Euronext Growth Milan (ticker: S3D), announces that, within the respective legal deadlines indicated in the notice of call of the aforesaid Shareholders' Meeting convened for 26 June 2025, in first call, and, if necessary, for 27 June 2025, in second call, (i) no. 1 list of candidates were filed for the appointment of the Board of Directors pursuant to point no. 3 of the Agenda, and (ii) n.1 list of candidates for the appointment of the Board of Statutory Auditors pursuant to point no. 4 of the Agenda, jointly submitted by shareholders Prime S.r.l. e Al.ca S.r.l., holding a total equity interest equal to 26.85% of the share capital.

The above-mentioned lists - accompanied by the documentation required by the provisions of law, including the curricula vitae of the candidates - as well as the resolution proposals included therein, were made available to the public today, within the terms set forth by law, at the registered office at Via Enrico Reginato, 87 - 31100 Treviso, on the Company's website www.solidworldgroup.it, in the Governance/Meetings section as well as on the website of Borsa Italiana S.p.A.
