Annual Report & Notice of AGM
Solid State plc (AIM: SOLI), the AIM listed supplier of specialist industrial/ruggedised computers, electronic components, secure communications systems and battery power solutions to the electronics market, is pleased to announce that printed copies of its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 March 2016 have been posted to shareholders together with the Notice of the Annual General Meeting and a form of proxy.
An electronic copy of the Annual Report and Accounts is available on the Company's website at www.solidstateplc.com.
The Company's Annual General Meeting will be held at 2.30pm on Tuesday 13 September 2016 at 2 Ravensbank Business Park, Hedera Rd, Redditch, B98 9EY.
