Total Voting Rights
In accordance with the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules ('DTRs'), the Company hereby announces that following the acquisition of 10,000 shares for the All Employee Share Plan, it will have 8,532,878 Ordinary Shares in issue, 47,394 of which are held in treasury. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 8,485,484.
The above figure of 8,485,484 may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the DTRs.
