PDMR Dealings

Solid State plc (AIM: SOLI), the specialist value-added component supplier and design-in manufacturer of computing, power, and communications products, announces the following dealings in the Company's ordinary shares of 5p each ("Ordinary Shares") by certain directors and their persons closely associated.

Matthew Richards, Executive Director, has transferred 9,000 Ordinary Shares from his personal holding to his wife, Lynette Richards, for nil consideration. Lynette subsequently transferred Ordinary Shares from her personal holdings to her ISAs, through the sale and subsequent repurchase of Ordinary Shares.   

Furthermore, Peter James, Chief Financial Officer, and his wife, Rosemary James, have respectively transferred Ordinary Shares from their personal holdings to their ISAs through sales and re-purchases of shares. Further detail of these dealings are set out below.
