Director Dealings
Solid State plc (AIM: SOLI), the AIM listed manufacturer of computing, power and communications products, and value added supplier of electronic components, announces that it has been notified that on 21 February 2023, Gary Marsh, Chief Executive Officer, gifted 1,250 Ordinary Shares of 5p to his Spouse, Mrs Laura Marsh for nil consideration.
In addition, the Company were notified that on 21 February 2023, Pete James, Chief Financial Officer, gifted 686 Ordinary Shares of 5p to his Spouse, Mrs James for nil consideration.
Following these transactions, the combined beneficial shareholding of Mr and Mrs Marsh remains unchanged at 281,876 Ordinary Shares, representing 2.49% of the Company's voting share capital. In addition, the combined beneficial shareholding of Mr and Mrs James remains unchanged at 5,645 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.05% of the Company's voting share capital.
