Sub: Allotment of 2,250 Equity Shares pursuant to exercise of Options under Solara Employee Stock Option Plan 2018 - Disclosure under Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ("SEBI Listing Regulations")

Pursuant to Regulation 30 of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ("SEBI Listing Regulations") and Regulation 10(c) of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Share Based Employee Benefits and Sweat Equity) Regulations, 2021, ("SEBI SBEB & SE Regulations"), the Board of Directors by way of Circular Resolution passed today i.e. Tuesday, June 16, 2026, have approved the allotment of 2,250 Equity Shares of face value Rs. 10/- each fully paid up against the exercise of accelerated vested Options under Solara's Employee Stock Option Plan 2018.

The equity shares so allotted under the aforesaid Scheme, shall rank pari-passu with the existing equity shares of the Company in all respects. Consequent to the aforesaid allotment, the paid-up share capital of the Company will accordingly increase as follows:
