This is to inform you that the Board of Directors of Solara Active Pharma Sciences Limited ("Company") by way of Board Resolution passed at the Board Meeting today i.e. Friday, May 15, 2026, has approved
Allotment of 2,200 Equity Shares Pursuant to Exercise of Options under Solara Employee Stock Option Plan 2018.
Pursuant to Regulation 30 of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ("SEBI Listing Regulations") and Regulation 10(c) of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Share Based Employee Benefits and Sweat Equity) Regulations, 2021, ("SEBI SBEB & SE Regulations"), the Board of Directors have approved the allotment of 2,200 (Two Thousand Two Hundred) Equity Shares of face value Rs. 10/- each fully paid up against the exercise of vested Options of Solara Employee Stock Option Plan 2018.
The equity shares so allotted under the aforesaid Scheme, shall rank pari-passu with the existing equity shares of the Company in all respects. Consequent to the aforesaid allotment, the paid-up share capital of the Company will accordingly increase as follows:
